Interstate 10 to exit 162 (Wild Horse Pass) and follow the signs for Firebird Int'l
Raceway.
Note: Pits are subject to a fire inspection. AHDRA recommends that all teams have one 10lb fire extinguisher or two 5 lb fire extinguishers.
SHIPPING:
Firebird will accept shipments on AHDRA's behalf providing the following
conditions are met.
1. AHDRA must provide Firebird with prior notice of all shipments arriving
on the facility.
2. No shipment can arrive at Firebird sooner than 5 days prior to program
date.
3. Shipments should be scheduled during Firebird's regular business hours
(8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday).
4. All packages must be labeled with AHDRA's name and contact phone number.
5. If shipment requires forklift and operator, then a fee of not less than
$50.00 per hour will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made.
