AHDRA 2004 SCHEDULE FINALIZED; ROCKINGHAM DATE MOVES TO OCTOBER 9TH AND 10TH

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., January 7, 2004 - AHDRA has added finishing touches to its 2004 schedule, including a new date for the Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts Nationals in Rockingham, N.C.

The Rockingham event is one of the most popular on the AHDRA National Points Series, and in years past it has fallen on the same weekend as the Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Rally. AHDRA officials are hoping the new date (October 9th and 10th) will offer a better opportunity for rally and race enthusiasts alike to attend both events.

With the addition of Bakersfield, CA, and Brainerd, MN, AHDRA will be featuring two brand-new events in the 2004 National Points Series. Competition details are still in the works for the Brainerd event, which will be held in conjunction with Brainerd International Raceway's "Big Race" - a venue that includes attractive prize purse payouts for race participants.
