Pacific Raceways

Eliminations Cancelled due to rain.

Elimination Day

1:30pm

Still raining at Pacific Raceways.  Despite the showers, hundreds and hundreds of riders joined the ChildrenÕs Ride procession into the track an hour ago.  We appreciate their great patience and support for a great cause.  The showers are continuing and with hours of track drying time ahead and a 5:30pm curfew, AHDRA President Craig Tharpe has been forced to call the event.  Tharpe advised racers to refer to the rulebook for questions regarding disrupted events.    Naturally we are all disappointed in the outcome, but weather is certainly beyond our control.

We will be back with you in August at Bristol Dragway and for those of you making the trip to Sturgis..weÕll see you there!

Good morning from Pacific Raceways.  We were greeted with rain this morning and still having a few showers.  With the overnight soaking, we are looking at approx. 3 hours track drying time..so check back later for updates on todayÕs racing start time.
