Eliminations Day

It has been beautiful day here at Brainerd Raceway. Eliminations went off without a hitch and we are getting the results posted as quickly as possible. This really is a first class facility with a flat, fast track and good people running it. Thanks for bearing with us as we work our way through the postings. We will get Lisa all healed up and be back up to speed for Sturgis.

Friday, July 30th 2004:

Qualifying Day

Racing is good! The track seems to be in great shape. I think everyone was a little cautious with the tune-up this round but we still saw some quick runs. According to the champ Doug Vancil there are thirties in this track!

We are here at Brainerd Raceway and the Test and Tune session is underway. Unfortunately, Lisa Cranfill is not with us this weekend. Lisa McHone and I will do our best to keep you up to speed on what is happening.

The weather forecast is good for the entire weekend with a slight possibility of some showers Friday afternoon or night. It looks like we have a pretty good contingent of racers coming in. This is a beautiful facility and we look forward to getting underway.
